Proposed Extension Receives Planning Approval

We are pleased to confirm that Concept Drawing and Design Architects have received planning approval for a large extension to a residential property. The extension provides a garage to the side of the property, which includes an ensuite and dressing room above to the master bedroom. As part of the design, the facilities of the master bedroom are further improved with a lightweight structured balcony with glass balustrade. The shape of the extension has been designed to follow the style of the main house and step back from the front elevation to provide additional parking to the front.
