Planning Applications
Concept Drawing & Design Architects provide a service to aid in submitting proposed drawings to the Local Authority for Planning and Listed Building applications. As part of the service we will provide assistance in filling out the application forms and submitting them on the client’s behalf to the Local Authority.
Throughout the submission process, Concept Drawing & Design Architects are able to make regular checks with the Local Authority on the progress of the application and report back to the client.
